| The Sciex API 4000, 4000 QT, API 3000 and API 365 LC/MS/MS systems provide great sensitivity and dynamic range. The 4000 QT is a hybrid triplequadrupole and ion trap LC/MS/MS capable of providing high sensitivity and mass spectral confirmation simultaneously. The API 4000, API 3000 and API 365 triple quadrupole systems utilize Atmospheric Pressure Ionization (API) technology combined with TurboIonSpray *, and Heated Nebulizer-APCI ion source inlets. The API 4000, 4000 QT, API 3000 and API 365 are interfaced with Agilent's 1100 and 1200 HPLC systems providing high output and precise delivery. |
| Agilent HPLC equipment include 1200 and 1100 fully automated systems with diode array, variable wavelength and fluorescence detector capable of conducting single column or column-switching analyses with two or three columns. |
GC and GC/MS
| The Agilent 6890 and 5890 Series II and Series II Plus with Electronic Flow Control gas chromatographs are used coupled with autosamplers and ECD, NPD, FPD, FID, and MSD detectors. The Agilent 5995B XL and HP5972 Mass Selective Detectors are used for confirmation or routine GC/MS analyses. |
